Board Meetings

Meetings are tentatively scheduled to be held at The Vistas Community Center located at 11312 Parkside Way. (Across from the Givens Elementary School off Park Vista Drive).

A unit owner has his/her right to: (a) Have a copy of the minutes or a summary of the minutes distributed to him upon request and upon payment to the association of the cost of making the distribution, in accordance with NRS 116; and (b) Unless the board is meeting in executive session, speak to the board of directors at the beginning of the meeting regarding items on the agenda and at the end of the meeting on general topics.  The board may limit the time allowed to each homeowner to address the board.

Note:  All dates and times are subject to change based upon the schedules of the board members. Please call 791-4600 prior to the meeting to confirm that it will take place.
