Resident ID cards provide easy online access to activity registrations, event reservations, and access to community pools and amenities available exclusively to Summerlin residents. Whether you’re new to Summerlin or simply need to update your card, residents living in Summerlin North, South, and West Community Associations are encouraged to make an appointment to visit a Summerlin Community Center to receive their complimentary Summerlin Resident ID card. (Cards issued prior to April 2018 need replacement.)
Resident ID Cards are issued by appointment only, Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. The primary resident (owner or renter), will need to present a valid photo ID (driver’s license, state ID, passport), along with a utility bill or lease agreement showing their current property address in a Summerlin North, South, or West Community Association. All members of the household age one and older, are eligible to obtain a Summerlin Resident ID card. Summerlin Council staff members will be available to answer your questions and help establish your online household account. Please call 702-341-5500 to set up an appointment at the community center nearest you.
