Experience the joy of giving! Donate goods to The Las Vegas Rescue Mission who offers a hand-up, not a hand-out. The Las Vegas Rescue Mission is accepting donations of household items, canned goods, clothing and unwrapped toys for the entire month of December at the Gardens, Trails, Vistas and Willows Community Centers. The Rescue Mission also provides meals, clothing, household items and life-skills counseling for those who are in need. They don’t simply provide a hand-out, but a hand-up for those who are willing to accept an opportunity to get back on their feet. The Las Vegas Rescue Mission is currently accepting donations of the following items:

Non-Food Items:

  •  Travel size
    o Shampoo
    o Deodorant (for men/women)
    o Toothpaste
    o Shaving Cream
    o Lotion
    o Sunscreen
  • Razors
  • Lip Balm
  • Combs/Brushes
  • Underwear (all gender, ages and sizes)
  • Bath Towels
  • Pajamas (comfy) or Long Johns
  • Blankets
  • Cosmetics
  • Disposable Diapers
  • Pull ups 2-3T, 3-4T, 5T
  • Baby Wipes

Food Items:

Regular sized ONLY (not family or jumbo):

  • Rice
  • Beans
  • Stuffing
  • Cornbread mix
  • Spaghetti or some kind of noodles
  • Pasta/noodle sauce
  • Mac and cheese
  • Oatmeal
  • Ramen
  • Peanut butter & Jelly
  • Jello mix
  • Spam
  • Vienna Sausages
  • Crackers
  • Cookies
  • Water (by the case)
