The community recognizes a resident’s need to hold an occasional garage or yard sale. To protect the overall appearance of our community common areas from becoming unsightly due to makeshift homemade signs, Summerlin’s master associations require that uniform sanctioned garage sale signs be used.
Summerlin garage sale signs are available for purchase Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Trails, Gardens, and Willows Community Centers . Signs are $6 each and must be paid by check only payable to “The Summerlin Council.”
