LITTLE LIONS KUNG FU CHILDREN’S MARTIAL ARTS PROGRAM – BEGINNER
Our Little Lions classes are a great way for children five to seven years of age to learn the ABC’s of self-defense, anti-bullying and be introduced to the martial arts. Studies have shown that during pre-school and early elementary school years, children are building eight fundamental skills that are essential to their growth and development. These skills include focus, honor, teamwork, control, memory, balance, discipline, fitness, and coordination. The Little Lions program targets these skills, along with other disciplines of listening, respect and courtesy, through a comprehensive training system that is specifically designed to generate maximum results.

The exercise and physical fundamentals incorporated into the program are challenging and a great way for students to gain flexibility, balance, strength and self-confidence. We also understand the importance of fun and variety to maintain high interest and participation.  Any child who completes this program may have a developmental edge in their early childhood which can make the transition into adolescence much easier.

Parents who are interested in getting a great workout and learning self-defense alongside their children are welcome to take the class for an additional fee of $20. Sign-up early as classes fill-up fast!
